Yas Nomura has made a name for himself as a virtuoso guitarist and virtuoso bass player in the world of progressive music and beyond. He has played extensively with Mateus Asato, Hyde(L’Arc-en-Ciel) and others, and he has released 2 albums of his original music, called The Resonance Project, which is the result of a long time collaboration with Lang Zhao (Drums). The first self-titled album (released in June 2019) features special guests Mateus Asato, Chase Bryant, Felix Martin and others.  2nd album “Ad Astra” (released March 2023) The album features special guests Mateus Asato, Hadrien Feraud, Dino Jelusick, Colin Cook, Joshua De La Victoria and Aaron Janik. In 2023, Yas joins a new all star band “Whom Gods Destroy” as their bass player.
